Does our personal-data processing need to be declared to the CNDP?

Accepted Answer

Very likely yes — as soon as you process client, patient, member or employee data. Moroccan law 09-08 requires a prior declaration, and the authority has increased enforcement, naming healthcare providers, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, e-commerce and higher education among its priorities.

What is a director's personal exposure in case of a breach?

It is not only institutional. For sensitive data — health data included — Moroccan law 09-08 provides for financial penalties and liability that can reach the director personally, with imprisonment possible in the most serious cases.

That is why this cannot be fully delegated: the decision to become compliant is taken at management level.

Can you submit care claims directly from our software?

Yes — this is exactly the kind of integration we build. Electronic submission of care claims is becoming the norm for doctors, pharmacists and laboratories, and coverage bodies accept submission either from their own portal or from the provider's software.

We scope your actual flows first — claim types, volumes, supporting documents — before committing to a technical scope.

Question 11

Can our project be co-funded by a public scheme?

Accepted Answer

Moroccan public schemes do support digitalisation for small and mid-sized companies: that much is fact. But we are not funding advisers and we will not pretend to be. We cannot tell you whether you are eligible, which scheme applies to your situation, or what rate you will get.

Two reasons not to take our word on this: rates and eligible expenses change, and depending on the scheme bespoke development is not treated the same way as consulting. An approximate figure in an application costs you a whole cycle.

Ask Maroc PME, the Digital Development Agency, your bank, or a specialist firm. What we provide, if you do file: the detailed quote, the functional scope, the delivery schedule and the technical specifications it requires.

Are the interfaces available in Arabic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We deliver bilingual French / Arabic interfaces end to end, including for end users — patients, members, residents, field agents — who do not necessarily work in French.

That covers right-to-left layout, date formats and labels, not just a translation of the menus.

Where is the data hosted?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your constraint. By default we host in Morocco, which is simplest for a Moroccan organisation. If your sector or governance requires it, we host in Europe, or we implement an architecture where no personal data is stored outside the perimeter you define.

In every case, hosting, access and retention periods are documented — that is what you will be asked for during an inspection.

Can we speak to one of your references?

Accepted Answer

Our projects are published under the client's real name — Residapp, Médiviz, LA MAS, Doctifile, Lokager. You can look them up and confirm they exist, which few Moroccan agencies are willing to make verifiable.

What we will not do is promise you a call with a client: their time is not ours to commit, and an agency that guarantees it before asking them is promising something it does not have.

What we do from the first conversation: we walk you through the exact scope delivered, the integrations, the figures achieved and the problems we hit — sector by sector. If your project progresses and a relevant client agrees, we will ask; we do not announce it in advance.
