Terms of service and sale for Digi4's services
Purpose
These terms govern the use of the digi4.ma website and the provision of web and mobile development services by Digi4, Casablanca, Morocco.
Services
Digi4 offers design and development services for websites, web and mobile applications, and custom business platforms. Each engagement is subject to a detailed quote accepted by the client before any work begins.
Quotes and orders
Any quote request submitted through the site only becomes binding once the client has given written acceptance (signature or electronic validation) of the corresponding quote. Announced timelines run from that acceptance and from receipt of the materials needed to start work.
Pricing and payment
Prices are those stated in the quote accepted by the client, in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or an agreed currency. Payment terms (deposit, installments) are specified in each quote or contract.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated in the contract, deliverables are transferred to the client upon receipt of the final balance. Digi4 retains the right to reference the project as a commercial reference, subject to any confidentiality agreement.
Liability
Digi4 commits to performing services diligently and according to best practices. Digi4's liability cannot be engaged in case of force majeure, misuse of deliverables by the client, or content supplied by the client.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Casablanca courts, absent an amicable resolution.
