A business platform, not a website

When spreadsheets, e-mail and WhatsApp stop keeping up, the problem is almost never the absence of a website. It is that several roles work on the same information without sharing the same tool: the manager at the office, the client or member at a distance, the agent in the field.

A business platform resolves that in one architecture, with different rights per role and a single source of truth.

Three faces of one system

• Manager back-office — the core: records, scheduling, billing, reporting, configuration. Where your internal team works.
• Client, member or partner portal — each person sees and submits what concerns them, without a phone call or an e-mail. Fewer interruptions for your team, more autonomy for your users.
• Field application (Flutter) — for people who do not work at a fixed desk: on-site data entry, access control, photos, offline mode when the network is missing.

All on a central API (Node.js/Express, MySQL): data entered once is immediately correct everywhere.

What we have already delivered

Residapp — a residence-management ecosystem: property-manager web portal, resident mobile app, and an agent mobile app with QR-code access control. Deployed across more than 15 residences and 2,000 units, with complaint-handling time down 70 % and collection rates up 25 %.

LAMAS — health-insurance management across four interfaces: member portal, healthcare-partner portal, manager back-office and mobile app, on MySQL and Oracle.

Médiviz — CRM for medical representatives: a steering back-office plus an offline-capable field app. Representative productivity up roughly 40 %.

Zido — a multi-portal ecosystem: public portal, partner workspace, moderation back-office and a consumer mobile app.

Sectors where we are already credible

Healthcare and laboratories, health insurance and mutual funds, property management, pharmaceutical laboratories, vehicle rental. In each case what mattered was not the technology but understanding the real roles and flows.

Sensitive data: designed for the constraint
